The following was received from the Williamson County Sheriff’s Department and occurred during the month of September, 2013:

  • CPS Referral CR 463
  • Public intoxication FM 619 (arrest made)
  • Disorderly conduct CR 473 (cited)
  • Credit card abuse CR 466
  • Hospice death FM 619
  • Burglary of building Hwy. 95
  • Assault by contact FM 1466
  • Burglary of habitation CR 463
  • Traffic enforcement along Hwy. 95, FM 1660, and FM 973 led to citations for:
  • Driving while license suspended
  • Speeding
  • Defective headlight
  • Failure to report change of address
  • Disregard no passing zone
  • Failure to maintain financial responsibility
  • No valid inspection
  • Defective stop lamps
  • Not equipped with required equipment

August Crime Reports

Listed are incidents that happened during the month of August, 2013:

  • Suspicious activity on CR 463
  • Assault Family Violence on Mesquite Drive (arrest made)
  • Harrassment on Kathy Road

Also, traffic enforcement along Hwy. 95, FM 973, and FM 1660 yielded citations for speeding, expired license plates, failure to dim headlights, failure to display driver’s license, expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility, and violation of driver’s license restriction.

Also, citations/arrest along Hwy 95, FM 973, and FM 1660 for failure to maintain financial responsiblity, driving while license suspended, failure to display driver’s license, speeding, no driver’s license, defective headlight, and driving on improved shoulder.

Duty on Striking Fixed Object (hit and run) – FM 1660

Interference with child custody – Mesquite Drive

Burglary of Habitation – CR 458

Traffic enforcement in areas of Hwy 95, FM 486, FM 619, and FM 973 included citations for speeding, no drivers license, field contact, expired drivers license, expired license plate and defective equipment (tires).
